BAPU have a very good with quality staff with 100 of SHG’s member they are associate with our production unit. we are mainly product in our grass root level organization , maximum artesian s are women’s they are live in Below poverty line(BPL)with low level of Education . We provides training and try to increase their life style as well as increase their dignity and social position .some are elected as Grampanchyet member. mainly they are empowered . BAPU associate with National Jute Board(NJB), Govt. of India, International Jute Study Group(IJSG) , DJFT-IJT, Kolkata University of Calcutta
